LAKEWOOD, Colo. – The Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust (CCALT) is on the move.
Beginning today, CCALT is operating from its new headquarters office in the 1stBank Building in Lakewood, located near the Belmar District. The new headquarters address for CCALT is:
Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust
550 South Wadsworth Boulevard
Suite 500
Lakewood, CO 80226
Phone: 303-225-8677
CCALT will continue maintaining regional offices with full-time staff members in
Steamboat Springs, Carbondale and Del Norte.
The new headquarters will enable CCALT to operate with increased efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the conservation needs of farming and ranching families across Colorado. For example, CCALT will now be able to host meetings of its Board of Directors, Executive Committee and other committees at its new headquarters, which will generate savings in governance-related expenses while improving communication and information-sharing. In addition, CCALT will be able to host workshops and seminars with partners in conservation, which will lead to greater collaboration and increased use of technology in delivering conservation services.
CCALT landowners and partners are encouraged to visit the new headquarters during normal business hours: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm Mountain Time.
“Our new headquarters will enable CCALT to continue fulfilling our mission by
providing the highest levels of service, support and innovation to landowners,” said CCALT Executive Director Erik L. Glenn. “While the move to our new headquarters is a much-needed step forward for CCALT, we will never lose site of the fact our impact is in the field, working in close partnership with landowners across Colorado to conserve the working lands that make our state so very special.”
Celebrating its 30th Anniversary in 2025, CCALT has since its founding in 1995 worked in partnership with more than 400 families across Colorado to conserve more than 815,000 acres of farmland, ranchland, open space and wildlife habitat. In addition, CCALT has responded to the changing needs of Colorado’s agricultural community by introducing innovative programs and services in areas such as additive conservation, agricultural resiliency, succession planning and, most recently, wildfire relief.
