These rates require a two-night minimum stay and are valid for 30 day prior and three days post event, based on availability. Space is first come/first serve basis. One night’s deposit is required at the time of your reservation. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival with a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Overnight parking charges: $20.00 valet, $15.00 self-parking in hotel underground garage, $10.00 Ski Time Square parking garage (located across from the hotel).
